Governance and accountability

Certification integrity is public information

ICEQC publishes its mandate and boundaries, decision safeguards, complaints and appeals routes, certificate-claim controls and public status records.

Conformity rule

Every applicable requirement must conform

ICEQC does not rank, score, grade or issue tiered certification. Non-applicability requires an objective basis confirmed by ICEQC, and every nonconformity must be verified closed before certification.
