ICEQC conducts remote assessment using authenticated records, data reconciliation, interviews, live demonstration, witnessed activity and recognized specialist evidence according to scope and risk.
Full certification process
The legal holder, certification object, included operations, delivery modes and applicable documents are confirmed.
Evidence, samples, interviews, demonstrations and specialist requirements are planned against the confirmed scope.
Current, authentic and representative evidence is verified through controlled remote methods.
Every nonconformity is corrected and effective closure is verified before a positive decision.
The complete record is technically reviewed and decided by an authorized person independent of the assessment.
The certified scope is published and continuing conformity is monitored through the certification cycle.

Governance and accountability
ICEQC publishes its mandate and boundaries, decision safeguards, complaints and appeals routes, certificate-claim controls and public status records.
Conformity rule
ICEQC does not rank, score, grade or issue tiered certification. Non-applicability requires an objective basis confirmed by ICEQC, and every nonconformity must be verified closed before certification.
